We had a beautiful Christmas day. The morning started with hot coffee and present opening. Will got teary at one point, he was just so happy and overwhelmed with one of his presents – NBA2K14. Seeing them so excited is my favourite part of the day!
Then off to one of Dave’s sisters for a feast, bubbles and some great cousin time in the pool.

And then we arrived at dear old friends of ours for the evening. Lots of water fun, cricket, Singstar, another feast and more bubbles.
Christmas was just so relaxing. Boxing Day we spent the whole day lazing around the house, playing with toys, sleeping on and off, eating leftovers. It has been some great downtime for us!
And now I have the awful task of saying goodbye to my bestie as she and her family move interstate tomorrow. So many tears have been shed already – tomorrow will be hard
